Disclaimer Regarding Government Schemes

Please read this disclaimer carefully before relying upon or acting on any information, assistance, or facilitation provided by AgriSiri Farmers Producer Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") concerning any Central, State, or Local Government schemes, subsidies, grants, or benefits ("Govt Schemes").

1. Non-Liability Clause

AgriSiri Farmers Producer Company Limited explicitly disclaims any and all liability and responsibility for any and all outcomes, including, but not limited to:

Rejection of applications for any Govt Schemes.
Losses of any nature (financial, time, opportunity, etc.) incurred by any individual or entity.
Damages sustained due to delays, modifications, or cancellation of any Govt Schemes.

2. Scope of Role

The Company's role is strictly limited to providing information, guidance, application processing assistance, and/or facilitation services related to Govt Schemes. The Company acts as a facilitator and does not act as an agent or representative of the Government or any sanctioning body.

3. Decision-Making Authority

All decisions regarding the eligibility, sanction, disbursement, delay, or rejection of any Govt Schemes rest solely and exclusively with the respective governmental department, agency, or authority. The Company has no control, influence, or responsibility over the final decision or outcome of any application.

4. User Acknowledgment

By utilizing the services, information, or assistance provided by the Company in relation to Govt Schemes, the User hereby acknowledges and accepts the following:

The Company does not guarantee the success of any application.
The User assumes all risks associated with the application process and outcomes of any Govt Scheme.
The User shall hold the Company harmless and indemnify the Company against any claim arising from the rejection, delay, loss, or damage related to the Govt Schemes.

ಕೇಂದ್ರ, ರಾಜ್ಯ ಅಥವಾ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು, ಸಬ್ಸಿಡಿಗಳು, ಅನುದಾನಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನಗಳಿಗೆ ("ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು") ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ AgriSiri Farmers Producer Company Limited (ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ "ಕಂಪನಿ") ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮಾಹಿತಿ, ನೆರವು ಅಥವಾ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯವನ್ನು ಅವಲಂಬಿಸುವ ಅಥವಾ ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವ ಮೊದಲು ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಈ ಹಕ್ಕುತ್ಯಾಗವನ್ನು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಓದಿ.

1. ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆ ಇಲ್ಲದಿರುವಿಕೆ (Non-Liability Clause)

ಯಾವುದೇ ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ನಿರಾಕರಣೆ, ನಷ್ಟ ಅಥವಾ ಹಾನಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ, AgriSiri Farmers Producer Company Limited ಯಾವುದೇ ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ನಿರಾಕರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

2. ನಮ್ಮ ಪಾತ್ರದ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿ

ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ, ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ, ಅರ್ಜಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗೆ ನೆರವು ಮತ್ತು/ಅಥವಾ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಪಾತ್ರವು ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಸೀಮಿತವಾಗಿದೆ. ಕಂಪನಿಯು ಕೇವಲ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಕಾರನಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅಥವಾ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮಂಜೂರಾತಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಏಜೆಂಟ್ ಅಥವಾ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಯಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

3. ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರ

ಯಾವುದೇ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಅರ್ಹತೆ, ಮಂಜೂರಾತಿ, ವಿತರಣೆ, ವಿಳಂಬ ಅಥವಾ ನಿರಾಕರಣೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಗಳು ಆಯಾ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಇಲಾಖೆ, ಏಜೆನ್ಸಿ ಅಥವಾ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸೇರಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ಅಂತಿಮ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಅಥವಾ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಂಪನಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ, ಪ್ರಭಾವ ಅಥವಾ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ಇಲ್ಲ.

4. ಬಳಕೆದಾರರ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ

ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಕಂಪನಿಯಿಂದ ಒದಗಿಸಲಾದ ಸೇವೆಗಳು, ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಅಥವಾ ನೆರವನ್ನು ಬಳಸುವುದರ ಮೂಲಕ, ಬಳಕೆದಾರರು ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನವುಗಳನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ:

ಯಾವುದೇ ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ಯಶಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಕಂಪನಿಯು ಖಾತರಿ ನೀಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ನಿರಾಕರಣೆ, ವಿಳಂಬ, ನಷ್ಟ ಅಥವಾ ಹಾನಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಹಕ್ಕಿನಿಂದ ಬಳಕೆದಾರರು ಕಂಪನಿಗೆ ನಷ್ಟವಾಗದಂತೆ ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.
